CQJ-1500 is a new generation mixing module to create versatile starch adhesives to work efficiently with different stations of any high speed corrugator. This system is able to prepare ultra-homogenous and stable starch adhesives from flexible formulations and mixing processes. Not only excellent flow properties and viscosity stability are reachable, but also superior bonding development and strength are secured from the actual operations.

STARCH VISCOSITY CHARACTERISTICS
●STEIN HALL starch viscosity variation mainly depends on carrier starch content in the finished glue. Under a high shear mixing condition, final starch glue viscosities approach steady state and maintain excellent stability.
